Magic Logix Inc. realizes that websites aren't static media. They tend to take on a life of their own, and require frequent updates and changes to perform optimally. Our staff can work with your company to provide timely updates to your website, database maintenance, and any other web-related services you need assistance with.

how do I request support services, as a maintenance client?
Support requests are handled, 24 hours a day 7 days a week, via our online support system. Our support queue is monitored in 5 minute intervals and most requests are typically handled within 2 business days.

what services are included in Magic Logix Inc.'s maintenance plans?
Included in our maintenance service are the following skill sets: HTML, Graphic Design, PHP, ASP, Perl, JavaScript, Server Administration, and Database Maintenance. Project planning, consultation, identity development and search engine are not included in our maintenance plans.

Our monthly maintenance plans are intended to provide companies with a reliable way to maintain their web presence. If you are begining a website or require a redesign of your existing website, you may contact us here for a complete proposal, which will include a detailed planning process and 1-on-1 consultation.

is there a contract required for Magic Logix Inc.'s maintenance plans?
A one year contract is required for all of our maintenance plans. While under contract a client may upgrade or downgrade to any available plan. Early cancellation is subject to a penalty equivalent to 1-month of service fees, under a client's current plan.

what if I go over my plan hours?
Work performed in excess of your Plan hours will be billed at a rate of $85 per hour. Clients have the option to upgrade their plans without charge at any time during the month.
