Magic Logix CEO, Hassan Bawab, proudly accepted the honorable invitation to be a judge for the 15th Annual Webby Awards. The Webby Awards are the internet’s most respected symbol of success. The 14th Annual Webby Awards received nearly 10, 000 entries from all 50 states and over 60 countries worldwide. Judges last year were selected by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences and included public figures such as David Bowie, Foursquare’s Dennis Crowley, and Twitter Co-founder Biz Stone, Martha Steward, as well as many other industry leaders. Winners of past Webby Awards are commonly known for their web contributions and innovative ideas such as EBay, Amazon.com, Google, Twitter, Flickr, ESPN, CNN, FedEx, and more. Categories include websites, interactive advertising, online film & video and mobile.

Magento Imagine eCommerce Conference

Magic Logix's technology team just returned from Magento Imagine eCommerce Conference on February 7-9, 2011 at the Lax Hilton in Los Angeles, California. The two day conference was designed to bring eCommerce leaders together to focus on shaping the future of eCommerce. Magic Logix is one of the seven Magento Community Partners in the United States. The event was a great opportunity for community partners, developers, online merchants and Magento enthusiasts to become inspired and gain valuable information to develop a strategic plan to enhance overall performance, scalability and best practices in regards to eCommerce solutions.
