We’re looking for a fulltime Senior Level Web Developer. This must be an enigmatic and characteristic individual who’s going to gel with our team and exhibits an intension passion for web development. We’re easy going and love our jobs over here. A love of coffee and the occasional game of pool or air hockey is not a requirement, but it’s definitely encouraged.

As a senior developer, you’d be responsible for developing and implementing software packages for websites. Troubleshooting, debugging and implementing software code would also be part of the gig. You’re going to consult with the other members of the development team while building and managing sites. At times you’ll report to a project lead or manager and at other times you’re going to be directing a team.

Core job requirements include:

  • 5+ years object oriented PHP 5
  • Expert in hand coding HTML5, CSS and JavaScript/jQuery
  • Expertise with Drupal, Joomla and Magento
  • CodeIgniter
  • Ability to code cutting edge designs that validate and follow accessibility guidelines
  • JavaScript troubleshooting (Firebug and other browser debugging tools)
  • Graceful degradation
  • Strong understanding of object oriented MVC web development
  • Development experience on PHP-based frameworks (e.g. Code Igniter, Zend, Yii Framework etc)
  • Expertise in performance optimization

We are currently expanding our Sales Operations team. This position requires 3-5+ years of sales experience in the technology industry. Expertise in the following (if not all) areas is preferable:

  • Web design
  • Web development
  • SEO
  • Social media marketing
  • Software development

As a member of our Sales Operations staff, it is imperative that you are a people-person. You must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and be resourceful and energetic, as face-to-face interaction with potential clients and an overall positive demeanor is critical to your success. In addition, you must maintain a professional appearance, have effective time management, attend networking events and have a strong social presence online (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc). A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is also preferred.

What You’ll Do

This position reports to our Business Development Manager and the company CEO. Your primary job function is to seek out and meet with clients to pitch our services (web design, web development, ecommerce, search, social) and close the deal. Additional job responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining outbound lead development
  • Setting and keeping active appointments
  • Handling a diverse range of sales activities
  • Closing deals and performing potential follow-up sales
  • Analyzing client objectives
  • Preparing and presenting proposals
  • Working independently to produce results
  • Setting and meeting quarterly sales goals
